I took my three out to the lake in search of new session locations, they had so much fun exploring they didn’t want to go! I was using that magic golden hour light, and it’s summer time so that meant staying up past bed time. They were tired, and that means they were crazy-cranky kids but you’d never know it from seeing these images. In my experience, it’s 100% always worth it to stay up later than normal for the lighting and quality of images. And, at the end of it all they were having so much fun they didn’t want to leave. We skipped rocks, found amazing sticks and I watched their imaginations soar.
