Down by the river two pickup trucks were unloaded, a scene was set waiting for the bride and groom to arrive. Holding hands they ran from one venue to the next, smiling and laughing. In their passing, the woods and riverbank were transformed as if by fairy dust into a magical place for love to be captured by my camera lens. Their best shots were when they were gazing into each others eyes, their passion seemingly only controlled by the elements and circumstances.
Mother nature is the fountainhead for design, so using it as a backdrop for the bride and groom table, the cake table and wedding arbor was ideal. The contrast of Grandma’s cherished bone china set outside in a wild, untamed woodland cove just before the onset of spring was perfect for representing the abandoned love this couple shares.
