There are those of us who seek adventure; exhilarating, breathtaking, adventure. Inspiration for this uber-romantic styled wedding was Kidd Island – a tiny, protected islet with a picturesque view of downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Kidd Island is an iconic local landmark for the adventurous-at-heart and embodies the timeless spirit of voyagers and explorers of times passed.

Garlands of lush greenery adorned the couple’s canoe as they made their journey to the island, where hoops adorned with vintage fabrics floated with the gentle breeze. The tablescape beautifully combined a hint of vintage with classic blush goblets, tones of ivory and stone and natural materials (a nod to the beach setting), with a modern twist by featuring handmade vessels by a local ceramic artist.

As creatives in the wedding industry, we get the unparalleled privilege to witness and celebrate love on a regular basis. Styled weddings give us the opportunity to channel our romantically inspired whims forging forward-leaning trends and concepts. Together, we composed a fresh love of adventure, embracing the sweet-ethereal and leaving us all breathless.
